I like to take the guess work out by making small changes to your diet, no matter what your requirements, and then working together to devise a realistic and workable programme to suit YOU and YOUR lifestyle in order to bring quick and lasting results.  The foundation to true health comes from the food we eat, and the way our body is able to absorb it.  My challenge is to get this balance right so YOU get the results your after.  Where necessary I may complement your programme with therapeutic doses of supplements or herbal formulaes which are sourced from reputable companies using quality ingredients.

I also offer a Food Shopping Trip service where I will go with you on a shopping trip and show you what you should be shopping for according to what you like to eat.  I will introduce the healthier options and explain why they are better for you and your family.  I will also leave recipes for you to test.

I also offer Cookery Demonstrations which also include recipes these recipes are super delicious, healthy and really quick to make….and lots of fun to do!

Then I am able to offer consultations via web cam or the telephone.

It is always preferable to meet clients face to face for at least the first consultation, however I appreciate that there are some circumstances which makes this impossible.

For consultations by webcam you will need to have your own webcam installed and be registered with Skype.
