Client Testimonials

Client name:  Matt Lyder

Hi, my name is Matt and I just wanted to mention a few of the differences that I’ve noticed and felt since having several consultations with Simone and after following a dietary plan that she created for me.

I have, for over many years, suffered from what can only be explained as bowel trouble.  At least this is as much as I knew because everytime I had been to the doctors complaining of excessive wind and general discomfort in that area all the doctors would/could tell me was that I just was experiencing wind as, do, many other people. They never actually prescribed me any kind of medication for this. I was just told to go to Holland & Barrett and purchase either charcoal tablets or aloe vera juice. I tried these remedies several times but with little to no effect.

When i first went to Simone it was a very cathartic experience after a brief description of my symptoms she wrote me out a list of possible things that I could be allergic to, foods to avoid and foods which may help improve my condition. I went away and changed my diet and sure enough things did start to vastly improve but the problem was not entirely eliminated. So I consulted with Simone again and she recommended that I try some digestive aids and and several supplements from a health food shop.

It was like I was a new man….The supplements and digestive enzymes not only eliminated the excessive wind and bloating but also helped me lose over 2 1/2 stone in weight. (I forgot to mention earlier that I had always had a bit of a belly.)

After 2 months almost everything was fine with me. No more wind and no more belly I was amazed at this. Of course I was sceptical at first but Simone has been very thorough with her prognosis and her treatment of my problem and was always available for advice and tips on how to maintain this new healthy way of living and for that I am extremely grateful  for her services .

I would highly recommend her services as it is a fresh and effective way of treating what I was led to believe was untreatable…Thanks so much Simone keep up the excellent work.
